Review on Exo Terra PT3640 External Turtle by Ann Champa

I've never written a product review but this one deserves it. I received this filter on Tuesday and am sending it back today (Thursday). I've been looking for a good turtle filter for a long time. I've had a red ear slider for 23 years so I bought him a new 40 gallon tank and decided to give this filter a try. There is a very poor guide to setting up this filter and my images were small and blurry. I decided to take it to PETCO where they helped me set it up, they noticed my filter was used, there was still water in the hoses, sponges and the filter was wet. And to make matters worse, they found a used Lipton tea bag stuck in the filter (I seriously can't make that up). I decided to try anyway, I come home, set everything up and the filter doesn't even suck water. It just makes noise to no avail. So I called Revain support and complained that I had received a used, defective filter; They were very accommodating, printed a return label for me and refunded my money with no questions asked, for which I am very grateful. Conclusion: never again this filter or anything from this company. If anyone has any recommendations for a good turtle filter that actually works and isn't difficult to set up I'd appreciate it.
