I bought the 12" version to use to clean window panes on doors. house and all the windows in our cars at once. This cleaner works great. Much better to have a mop on your back than a separate tool! The extension cord was easy to use and long enough that I didn't need a ladder for the ground floor windows The only thing that could be improved is the removable microfiber pad. It's a bit thin and doesn't fit a bit. It still stayed in place, had plenty of cleaning solution and got the job done, but if I had a choice I'd go for a thicker cloth pad - I think it would be easier for me to scrub hard-to-reach spots (dried-in stains insect stains on the windshield) thicker soft cloth.
