The best manufacturer of economy class flashlights.

If you can't send a good signal with this tool, hire someone. It was easy to use and had great features. Put a small nylock on the cone, adjust the tube all the way, line up the darts, tighten and you're good to go. I had a cheaper flare tool without the features this one has and had about a 70% success rate. This one is way better.
