I bought a UE Megaboom 3 but received a UE Megaboom 1. Less discerning consumers are likely to be fooled as the design of these speakers hasn't changed much, but the quality, construction, waterproofing, etc. is very different. This could be a mistake, but it looks like the company is trying to sell cheaper similar products to customers who are paying for something better. Ouch!
