the inclusion the bar is what makes this resistance set so useful

While the resistance bands in this kit are well made, it is the inclusion of the bar that really makes this gym set great. The bar, which breaks down into 3 pieces for storage, allows doing many more exercises than your typical resistance set gym set would allow. The bands are sturdy, as is the bar, and the kit includes a lot of attachments for your feet and for your arms. Finally, there are attachments for putting in doors that allow the types of exercises that are available in typical resistance band sets.
