I purchased this to help me do squats and bridges better because the metal bar causes a lot of discomfort and pain. This genuinely makes such a difference. I used to have such a hard time doing squats due to flexibility and comfort issues but using this makes it so much easier. Very happy with my purchase.
- One black strap broke, other than that has saved me from bruises
- The ankle strap may not provide enough resistance for some exercises
