Does not have a lapped sleeve

The product will not work properly because the sleeve is a floating metal sleeve. It's pretty normal to have a hub on the ground. The 2 pins should be for brightness (Tail/Brake/Tail+Brake) but since the 2 pins on the bottom are set to +/- what happens when you step on the brake they turn on. (only one pin is supplied with +V, the other with 0, so acts as ground). When I turn the light on the other side is + and if I press the brake at that point both wires are + and the light goes out. They were also snug fitting. barley fit
