I've been taking this creatine for about a week now. I haven't taken creatine in a few years so it was nice to find a brand that ONLY has creatine and not all the other substances that are in it like other brands. I noticed that I was getting a little stronger. . One thing I want to say is that it's just pure creatine, you have to take it with some kind of sugar for it to work well. . It doesn't completely dissolve, which doesn't bother me because I've had creatine that was as hard as sand (15 years ago), but obviously a lot has changed since then. more of a functional fitness enthusiast. While I don't have the privilege of saying that I do CrossFit, I love CrossFit and their fitness ideology. I practice climbs and some of the WODs and aspire to fully immerse myself in them at some point. I've done muay thai, boxing and jiu-jitsu but never competed (too old when I started). I also work with Bulgarian bags, outdoor cycling and other exercise equipment to try and maintain a level of fitness that makes me functional, enduring and combat ready. Goals: I take creatine to increase ATP production for anaerobic endurance and explosive power. So far this brand of creatine helps me with that. Would recommend to anyone with similar goals.
