This is my 3rd door in 3 years! I really love this product and the door gets a lot of use! Between my own dogs and my 7 grandchildren running back and forth, over time it will break, the frame will fall apart and the door won't go back in. It has nothing to do with the product itself, for me it's something I use all the time. I don't mind swapping out the same door to allow my dogs to come and go. Edit - 9/22/19 very disappointed that this door model only lasted a few months. The door keeps falling off. The frame is coming off even though it is glued with Gorilla Glue. I have 2 small dogs weighing 30 pounds. I've also had a 60 lb dog before and the doors that have hinges on them have lasted for over a year. buy again.
