I bought this scale to replace my old one. My old one was more expensive, really good, which I've been using for many years, but now I can't find that brand. He told me I had lost all that weight and I KNEW it was finally wearing off. I have this scale because I don't need anything special, I just want to track progress/lag. Got this scale, they showed me at 2-3 pounds exactly the same as my old 1. Ok, YAY for me! What I don't like about this scale; my other scales - I can stand on them 3 times in 10 minutes and get something different each time, then I write down the average. This scale – I can step on it 10 times in 30 minutes and get it right at 0.8 EVERY time or whatever. My old scale - if I look down I'll soon see the numbers change because I lean forward slightly and the numbers go up and down until I stop looking straight long enough. This scale - AS SOON as I step on it, it automatically returns to the exact last weight it showed me. I just don't feel like this thing is very accurate. I can weigh myself with both and weigh 2-3 pounds less each time. I find it works but NOT great. I would like to return it but the packaging it came in was accidentally thrown away. I think when my old one finally dies, this one is better than nothing. but it will most likely be replaced long before it wears out.
