One stick is definitely enough for at least 10 peelings. After about 3 uses one side started to peel off. I could throw it away, but you can just stick it back on. I know people complain that they don't last long, but I honestly don't want them to last long. It removes dead skin from your smelly feet. No thank you. Even if it only takes twice, I think it's enough. I keep it outside of the bathroom when not in use so it doesn't dry out or peel off. would buy again.
