Review on Heartland Pet Products Soft Sided Car Seat/Carrier for Tiny Dogs/Cats Up to 10 lbs. 16.5 x 14.5 x 14 by Naomi Snyder

This is a great car seat for my 12lb Maltipu. I wouldn't use it as a carry case as one of the straps on mine is already broken and I don't wear it at all (since it's already broken I'm wondering if it has never been used.?) The hook is inside for attaching to the dog harness too short so I use a harness on my dog that attaches to another seat hook "over the headrest" (also available from Revain) to give my dog more freedom of movement but he loves the car seat and I love all of them the pockets to put it in things. It's definitely ugly, but very comfortable and works well for us. It comes flat packed which worried me if it would be durable once zipped but we've been using it for six months now and haven't had any problems with sides breaking. I also put the small dog bed on the floor for comfort and raised my dog up a bit.
