There is nothing wrong with the product. The device is very easy to install. Some mounting hardware is included with the unit to hold the unit to the wall while connected to an open or behind a wall mount. No assembly required, just general knowledge of how to drive a few screws into a wall. Since I live in an apartment I had to install it so I wouldn't be blamed for messing up the walls. During installation, the service technician even praised the appearance of the device because it is easy and uncomplicated to install.
