After installing the hard disk, the system works! When I removed the hard drive everything worked. After careful inspection, it was found that the DVR has additional holes that are raised in addition to the holes for mounting the hard drive. The protruding holes shorted out to the hard drive's motherboard and burned it, I had to buy another hard drive and tape the holes to prevent the hard drive from shorting out again. I have attached an image. I'm not sure who designed this dash cam but be careful with the buyer. It works for me and works well; However, I am very angry because I ran out of a 2TB Purple WD hard drive that Zozi has to replace or pay for because it was caused by a manufacturer defect.
