Needed a new phone when my old one started falling apart. I looked online for one that was affordable and was surprised to find it was the same price as cheaper phones I'd looked at. It was only a flagship phone a year or two ago, so I haven't had any issues with this model. Realizing I could buy a refurbished phone at an even better price, I started browsing seller ratings and found one that seemed to have great reviews. I was happy to pay a little more for a phone they said was a 9/10 class phone. Arrived very quickly, 2-3 days early and when I checked it I was very satisfied! It looks like new! No scratches, no fingerprints, nothing. I had to take it to the store to put the SIM card from the old phone in the new one as I didn't see how to open it. After the sales lady replaced my cards, she showed me how to download an app so I can transfer everything from my old phone to my new one. It was very easy and this is from someone who has grandkids coming to set up my TV remote! It's actually my wife's phone and now I'm jealous! I just bought a mid-range phone a year ago and now my wife is bullying me! Back then, the kids told me it was time to consider buying an upgraded flagship phone, but I wasn't listening!
