Due to a bad setup of my work desk, I had a pinched nerve that required surgery. After that I needed to find something I could attach to my standing desk to keep pressure off my forearms while typing.I saw this attachment and loved the design and purchased it. It was fairly easy to set up and feel really sturdy. Due to the clamps being easily adjustable I was able to modify positioning until I found the sweet spot. I appreciate the added storage of the drawer which is big enough to house plenty of odds and ends. My only complaint is that it is not a smooth pull. Since it isn't on guides, it sometimes gets crooked and causes resistance to opening and closing. I still say it is worth it though. I have leaned on this and accidentally lifted my chair under it and it moved my desk but didn't break. That is solid!
