I tried this product for the first time before my workout. I was always skeptical but I really like it. I'm in the fitness industry and have always worked. It makes SO much of a difference in preventing muscle fatigue and burnout during my workouts - a quality product that dissolves completely and tastes great. Watch out for the beta-alanine tingle - you can always go down to 1/2 scoop if the tingle is too much. Will definitely order again when mine runs out.
