Review on 🔧 GM Genuine Parts Engine Coolant Thermostat O-Ring (Part Number 24506985) by Ryan Morrow

Original O-ring that fits around the thermostat and into the recess in the thermostat housing to prevent leaks. Works well. Some ACDelco thermostats are supplied without an O-ring/gasket. It costs a few bucks to make sure you have proper sealing and no leaks. This seal/O-ring will fit both the OEM offset drain port type and the aftermarket type from Stant. The OEM ACDelco 195 degree thermostat came with an o-ring on the rim. This worked on my 2002 Buick LeSabre Limited. There's a lot more to say, but I'll post it with the thermostat since we're talking about O-rings here. he fits it works. Would buy again.
