I needed a new food processor because my Cuisinart broke but was on a very tight budget. The excellent reviews were encouraging but I was concerned about the few 1 star reviews. The price under 35β¬ convinced me to give it a try. I've waited after multiple uses and washes to give a fair review: I love it! It's lightweight but the suction cups keep it on the counter. I can easily place it on my storage shelf after each use so I don't clutter up my small counter. I have used all the attachments with excellent results. The slicer knife cuts potatoes and carrots perfectly. It was fast! The other side of the grater also immediately grated a couple of onions. The feeder's opening is wide, but not big enough for an onion, so I had to cut it in half before grating it. The dough blade made preparing pizza and shortbread dough very easy, but I had to stop and scrape the edges and bottom. mixing bowls. A regular blade cuts through veggies fairly evenly, and I made sun-dried tomato paste in minutes to mix into soups and pasta. You have to make sure everything is attached properly or it won't start, which is a nice safety feature. It confused me at first when I first used the cutting disc because you still have to add all the other parts of the top part in place. I have washed the parts several times in the top rack of the dishwasher with no problems. The motor isn't as powerful as my last one and I have to let it rest between a few pulses to avoid overheating/burning smell. use but it's not like I paid for a higher quality product. Well worth the money spent and the time saved by manually slicing/grating. This prompted me to be more creative in the kitchen again. Excellent quality and I am very happy with my new purchase!
