Price Excellent Product

We use inexpensive food processors because our housekeepers don't handle them as carefully as they could be and they seem to break too often no matter the price. We tried different brands including own label and Hamilton Beach. This Easter is definitely the best! Powerful engine that handles most tasks with ease. Extremely fast processing time. Great product at an even better price!

Waste of money and time

This is the worst food processor design imaginable to put the bowl and lid together. It takes a genius. I bought 2 for my dad and 1 for me, my dad I can't assemble it, it takes me forever to assemble mine to use it. It has a small plastic button that detaches and fits into the feed bowl that you are processing. I bought them for Christmas in 2017 after trying to process strawberries yesterday. I order another

My new favorite kitchen tool

Great food processor with a large bowl that is easy to clean. The dough knife is fantastic, especially for the price. I couldn't find another processor or paddle mixer for dough under $200. This processor makes a great gift for a housewarming or wedding. Always start with the container from the 4 o'clock position to the 5 o'clock position. Add the blades and repeat the process with the lid, again from the 4 o'clock position to the 5 o'clock position.

Thought it was a good food processor at first

Good size food processor ideal for blending cakes, slicing carrots etc for soups and chopping ham for ham salad. I tried it for bread and although it was a very soft dough the machine seemed to struggle so I didn't let it knead nearly as long as it should so it's not 5 stars. All in all it was a good buy. EDIT: The day after I wrote this 4 star review, this is my fourth time using this processor. The locking mechanism will now not engage and will not function if the cover is not latched in theโ€ฆ

Kitchen scrap useful for kitchen and dining room

I pulled my brand new Oyster 500 food processor from storage 33 days after Revain delivered it as I needed to use it for the first time. Nothing fancy, I just wanted to puree ripe, poached tomatoes for canning and the blade wasn't spinning. I've opened and reassembled it several times thinking I'm doing it wrong, although it certainly wasn't the first food processor I've ever used. Although this is the first time I encounter this problem. No matter what I did, the blade didn't spin, so it wasโ€ฆ

The perfect basic food processor!

Excellent food processor! It does everything the typical family needs, no frills. Pros: - very good, shreds vegetables evenly, doesn't leave a lot of large chunks and doesn't crush them. - Crushes nuts well (not good enough for flour or butter) - All functions work properly (batter, dressing, slicing, grating - whatever it can do) - Affordable Cons: - Lid has no seal, making soup and filling almost completely Bowl can cause liquid to spill down, side blade doesn't snap into bowl meaning you can

  • Excellent overall performance

  • Doubtful

Was hesitant due to mixed reviews but glad I took the risk!

I needed a new food processor because my Cuisinart broke but was on a very tight budget. The excellent reviews were encouraging but I was concerned about the few 1 star reviews. The price under 35โ‚ฌ convinced me to give it a try. I've waited after multiple uses and washes to give a fair review: I love it! It's lightweight but the suction cups keep it on the counter. I can easily place it on my storage shelf after each use so I don't clutter up my small counter. I have used all the attachmentsโ€ฆ
