I've been working within the DeftBOX solution since it was launched back in early 2017. The customer service has been fantastic as you can imagine for a new tech with only 12 employees. We currently use them for all our product development & testing services. I honestly couldn't see any real negative about this relationship except maybe an increased price per user per month when compared with other suppliers. We have benefited from their product development expertise but also more importantly their excellent project management & team coordination capabilities. I like that it is easy for our team members who are not very tech savvy or computer literate in general (which we have many) can use this tool with ease! It has enabled us as an organization to be more efficient at providing service faster than ever before which was one of my main goals when implementing DefTox into F&P systems - allowing quicker turn around times through automation while still maintaining high quality standards within each department/service area.
