The most important thing about deftbox is that it has all of our data in one place so we can access any information at anytime from anywhere with just an app! I've been working within the DeftBOX solution since it was launched back in early 2017. The customer service has been fantastic as you can imagine for a new tech with only 12 employees. We currently use them for all our product development & testing services. Easy setup from server side console! It is very easy with excellent support by customer service team as well!! No downsides i can found in it yet! Highly recommended.
