I do not recommend. Fragments after first use. Yes, even after following the care instructions.

The board looked great on arrival and I have treated it with good quality mineral oil as instructed. However, after the first use, the wood chips rose and protruded in front of the board. It seems quite rough and after applying more mineral oil, parts of the towel got stuck in the board. I am really disappointed with this product. I don't have to grind a new cutting board.
