Slightly different in appearance but physically identical to the OEM. Little did I know that all of these plastic fasteners rely on the plastic piece to "pop" when closed. We must also press on the plastic to open the compartment. No wonder they break. I thought there was a metal spring when mine broke and was lost. But all plastic. I think I will replace it again in the future. Overall, it's a worthy replacement and is priced at $5 right now. October 2021
