Review on 🧽 Julep All-Natural Charcoal Konjac Exfoliating Facial Sponge: Gentle Daily Detoxifying Face Scrub by Patricia Jordan

I ordered this and almost changed my mind just thinking it might be just another sponge that doesn't really achieve what I wanted, but I'm so glad I tried it anyway because I'm so wrong. has already become a favorite after just one use! No fear. It arrives wet in the packaging (but sealed) which is by design and I assume it will not dry out during shipping. I didn't have any odor issues as someone else mentioned, but I still rinsed it thoroughly before using it. How to describe it. it's like a soft rubber thing but in a good way! It exfoliates very gently but you feel like it actually polishes your face but not harshly. I usually use a washcloth in the shower as it's the only way to get rid of dry skin and my face doesn't feel clean when I'm not using it. The problem with a washcloth is that it's too easy to rub too hard, and I once got minor abrasions on my chin from overwashing. But all I know is that I won't have the same problem with this sponge because it's so soft and I don't think you can overdo it. It's easily addicting! I've only used it once so far (it just arrived) but I just couldn't stop buffing my face with it. My body was jealous that my face was getting all the attention! It's just so nice on the skin and my face feels very clean and cared for after just one use. The polish is really a bonus that I wasn't expecting. I have dry skin but I can report that after the first use I didn't have a patch of dry skin on my face, especially around the nose which is usually a problem area for me. I'll try using a sponge with some detergent but I found that even just water in the shower was very effective so you can use it anyway. I highly recommend trying this! Can't wait for the next shower to use it again lol!
