They're just cheaply made and they work so small. I had to return this after buying the small, I got the medium and it was exactly the same size as the small. I'm 5'9 and 118 lbs. It was too short in the waist and arms and too tight around the chest, I couldn't raise my arms without ripping this cheap jacket. I wear size 3 small and very small jeans, so if you REALLY still want it, order 3-4 sizes up. Serious.
