In fact, it's one of the best CRM I've used so far! I also like how intuitive this tool is, which makes me work faster than other CRMs. There are no downsides that I can think right now. If I could make something better, it would be about the price. For sure, if you want a simple loyalty program, this is what you're looking for, but if you need more advanced functionalities and tools, I recommend looking at all alternatives because there are other products that could suit your needs better. At first, we needed an easy way to keep our customers satisfied and make changes easier. Net2020 helped us achieve that. Now, when we send discounts or exclusive offers, our clients get notified Net2020 is very easy to use and can be integrated with any existing CRM or ERP solution. The support team can help you setup the system if needed. It is user friendly and simple to understand. There are not many cons but maybe it could have more features like coupons etc. Currently we store all reward points in this system and hence we can track them easily. Thanks to net2020 I can manage my customer's reward points in one central place.
