I regret to inform you that TOURBON's pledge to provide its clients with the "best products and services" is merely an empty promise. I can say with confidence that, despite having made a purchase from their online shop, my outdoor experience was not improved. Their goods are of poor quality and are expensive. There is no response from or assistance from the customer support staff, so I have no way to resolve my issues. In reality, after speaking with their team, my frustration level increased. As a result of their website's poor design, it is challenging to navigate and locate what you are looking for. It is clear that TOURBON cares more about their bottom line than offering their clients real value. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking to improve their outdoor experience to use TOURBON. It is disappointing to hear a business make lofty claims but then fall short of keeping them.
