I had a lot of problems with this adapter after a few months of use, but after reading a review of another WiFi adapter I found a solution to the problems I seemed to be having would have. . I haven't had any problems since following the steps I will list at the end of the review. The problem I had was that I would lose my Wi-Fi connection at least once a day and sometimes multiple times a day. I would have to unplug the adapter and wait a minute or two and then plug it back in for it to work and reconnect to my router (my computer just doesn't see I have the adapter anymore). Linksys left a comment telling me to download the fastest drivers from their website as it sounded like a possibly corrupt driver to them. It doesn't seem to be. What seems to be an issue are some of the power settings in the computer itself. My suggestion for anyone having similar issues is to try the following steps: 1. In the Windows Power Options, in the "Energy Saver" section, set the WLAN adapter on "Maximum performance"2. In Windows Power Options, under USB Settings, set USB Selective Suspend to Disabled a Device to check the Power Saver check box. Trouble disconnecting from my wifi.
