Review on Dyson Nozzle Assembly Floor Dc40 by Doug Daniels

I was very hesitant to buy as I thought there was something wrong with it. It costs $30 less than listed on the Dyson website. I have a DC40 and managed to burn the rollerbar on one side after heavy use 6 times a week for 2.5 years. I couldn't find the exact part I needed so I decided to buy a new main unit. I ordered this Friday evening and it was here on Sunday morning! It fits perfectly and after cleaning my filters I noticed a lot more dust had collected. I didn't realize how much my suction performance in my original vacuum nozzle was being affected by dirt clogging the roller bar. I would suggest cleaning it regularly along with the filters for longer life.
