Review on PoliSys by Zachary Spaulding

The ability for my dispatchers to manage their calls using this system has been quite helpful! It makes it easy for them to keep up with all pertinent information regarding each call as well as allowing them to make adjustments to certain tasks or assignments before they arrive on scene. This program also allows me to input multiple different types of medical emergency situations so I know exactly what needs to be done when one comes through the door! We are still learning how to use this fully but we've had some really great benefits from just starting out with it. There were some initial issues getting everyone on board with our new software and we found things could get overwhelming sometimes for our employees on the other end. But overall it's working really good now! Being able to track everything going on here has helped us see where there might need improvement in any area and has allowed us to do better planning ahead of time too -.
