I just ordered this lock and received it a day ago. I changed the combination to one of my choice. And then a few times successfully blocked and unlocked the lock. Today I decided to ride my bike to the mini market near my house. I went to the supermarket and wanted to lock the bike at the gate and the lock wouldn't open when I used my combination but I tried again and it worked so I didn't think about it. I walked in and out of the store, then unlocked my bike at the gate. And my combo didn't work, so I kept trying. And in vain, it will not unlock. So I tried the original combination and it didn't work. Meanwhile, the man called me and tried to get me into his car. I am 17 years old. In the end I had to give up the bike for fear of my life. Thank god I lived right across the street so I could walk home. I was only able to remove the lock by spending $40 on bolt cutters. So please if you are reading this DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK. This lock could have cost me my life.
