Review on ParaWild by Zack Block

My recent experience with ParaWild's customer service has left me unhappy, despite the fact that they provide a broad variety of products, including winter sports supplies that are hard to locate elsewhere. When the gloves I got from ParaWild finally arrived, the size wasn't quite correct. I contacted customer support to inquire about exchanging the gloves for a different size, however I received unsatisfactory service and a long wait period. I was able to initiate a return and receive a refund after multiple emails back and forth, but it took far longer than it should have. I also thought their pricing were a little steep compared to those offered by other websites. ParaWild may have a wide variety of things, but I wasn't satisfied with their customer service. I wouldn't recommend this shop if you're seeking for a dependable internet retailer with helpful customer service.
