Very very disappointed! It took a week for it to get to me. Delivered with broken muffler pipe and blue adjuster pipe, cracks on the body. And the worst thing is that there isn't even an impeller in the box! Do I have to pay extra for the wheel?!?! I bought this product based on all the good reviews on here. I've researched some forums and watched a few YouTube videos, but I think I missed a very important statement that was made in a few places: This is probably the best skimmer IN THIS PRICE RANGE. Update 01/13/16: After talking to Empire USA and SCA they sent a new body and muffler a week later. Although my original order arrived damaged, I have to say that SCA's customer service is pretty good. The old case still works but every time I check the crack gets bigger. Luckily I now have a spare. I'm glad SCA and the seller got it right. Overall the skimmer works well. If it hadn't arrived damaged I would definitely have given it five stars.
