Review on Garden Life Greens Protein Powder by Nancy Meyer

Love this product

I absolutely love this product! I'm a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, so I only take and recommend the best health products I can find. I researched vegan protein powders through Labdoor, a website that independently tests many different supplements and the results are free to view. Check out the protein powder and vegan category - Garden of Life is number one. Now this particular protein has not been tested as it is newer but they are similar and I trust the company. Take good vitamins and I'm very healthy. I don't like it in a shaker with water or milk - it's not very tasty and grainy. I use 1/2 scoop (that's enough for me since I also add other foods) in my smoothie every morning and I use Vitamix which I highly recommend for mixing it so well and making it so creamy! I've been making smoothies and experimenting for so long that I've found some great combinations. Here's my favorite super-healthy green smoothie (I don't measure, so it's just an estimate): 1/2 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla. almond milk 1/2 scoop of this vanilla protein powder 1/2-1 frozen banana (makes it creamy!) 1/2-1 cup frozen mango and pineapple 1/2 cup fresh organic spinach 1/4-1/2 large avocado (makes it so creamy!) 1 teaspoon fresh ginger 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Other great additions I sometimes add are chia seeds, maca powder, matcha green tea powder, toasted almonds/almond butter, oatmeal. ! I'm very active and exercise every day so I need a high calorie, high protein shake, but adapt to your needs! Hope that helps! Give it a try and see if you like protein powder - it's high quality, but everyone has different tastes, preferences and dietary needs.
