I bought this item because I had severe pain in my thumb and hand after driving for more than 20 minutes. I have a 45 minute commute to work and have had a really hard time driving. This ThrottleBoss fixed that - now I can drive comfortably for over an hour, even on the gas on the freeway! Bicycle; It pairs well with the Kuryakyn ISO grips and only took about a minute to install. I plan to have one of these on all my future bikes!
