Review on Halfaker and Associates by Steve Jones

The ability to change or add custom fields without having technical knowledge is very useful in any software application! I don't like that there are too many steps involved when adding new records so it takes more time than necessary. It's easy enough if you know what each field does but not as user friendly with less experienced users who might have trouble figuring out how everything works together. This was an improvement over our old system which did nothing we needed at this point other then track mileage/time spent away from home etc.
