I like that it is easy to use with simple features yet robust enough! It has saved me so much time in comparison other programs out there which require more training or are too complex compared to this one - just works (and looks great!).
Also love how customizable you can make things through their user community forums/mailing list etc., as well!! There's not really anything bad about using EBR either but if i had any complaints at all they would be minor quibbles only. If anyone reading my post needs an online tool similar to what we used before switching over from paper bills then give them some serious consideration when comparing options because without question EB&R wins hands down every single way possible. We have been able solve our scheduling issues along w routing by doing these two tasks together via ebr instead having 2 separate systems where.
