Review on Peugeot 30971 Classic Collection Antique by Derek Davie

This item arrived yesterday and appears to have been used. The inside of the top of the box that was supposed to hold the peppermilk in the box was all torn apart and didn't hold the grinder in place, the peppercorn grinder was dangling in the box. The small ball screw at the top that is supposed to set the grit of the pepper mill and keep it in the box has been twisted off and rotated at the bottom of the box. Peppercorns were already in the mill. I can't give it away the way I intended. I have also never seen a pepper grinder or salt shaker etc sold with spices already. How do we know where this pepper comes from, is it clean or spoiled?
