We bought this one-cup coffee maker when we were frustrated with the unreliability of the slim Keurig model we bought for almost $100. This Chulux model is much more modestly priced than the Keurig, and we find it more reliable and easier to use. It's easy to set up. The area where you pour water is large enough to avoid water spillage. After several months of use, we had no problems whatsoever with the device. Finishing and space saving. It occupies a small area on the countertop, which was a deciding factor in our purchase. Used several times a day for morning and afternoon coffee breaks. I would recommend this device to anyone expecting light household use. I can't judge how well the device is designed for heavy use in the office, for example.
