Review on Valve-Loc Tire Valve Caps (10-Pack) Universal Stem Covers For Cars by Brian Samuel

I put these on my 03 Excursion to beef up the Limited rims. They feel well made, they look good and you get 10 for a pretty low price. But out of the 10 I got, 3 didn't spin properly even when installed with some white lithium grease. Well I suspect that's why you get so much in a package that's misleading when it comes to actual cost. They look great and are easy to fit if the threads are right.
