I originally gave a negative review because the rubber seal in my containers was sticking to the bottom half and the lid was not closing properly. I have attached some photos to illustrate. After looking through other reviews and photos, I realized with confusion that the rubber seal in other people's containers was actually in the lid and not stuck to the bottom. I tore off the rubber grommet and put it in the lid and now they work great. Having found this out I am happy with my cooking containers and would recommend them. They are waterproof, the three compartments are very practical and thanks to the glass bottom they can be heated in the microwave without hesitation.**TIP**: If the seal sticks to the bottom, simply peel off and insert into the lid itself.
