Great idea, poor quality product. I love the idea that you can download and shred pages without having to keep feeding the machine. I work in a small office that's not good at disposing of old documentation, so I have to shred a lot of things. I figured that with this product I could load 130 sheets at a time, work on other things, and then upload and refill as needed. Not correct. I've spent most of today getting this to work as advertised. If it doesn't get stuck on the 10th hand, it won't move up on the 11th hand and then stops. It's actually more of a headache than loading a regular 10 page shredder as I have to constantly stop what I'm doing to keep up with its demands rather than just standing and loading the 10 pages I know that he can handle it. I hate it not so much because it's just a piece of junk (it is) but because it's meant to solve a real problem I was having and I've spent time getting it to work, instead of just throwing my shit at Iron Mountain.
