Ordered these for my Jeep Jk 07, arrived on time, went to install but noticed I was missing some hardware it was supposed to come with. I called Rancho and spoke to one of their technicians and they confirmed that I was missing two M12 bolts. They said it shouldn't be a problem and they would send another set of gear and it would only take a few days. After 2 weeks nothing has changed, I called them again and explained the situation to say again that the device is on its way. Another 10 days pass again as if nothing had happened. They called again at 8am and at this point I am very upset. The tech told me he would speak to the person sending it and have them send it asap and call me back with confirmation in just a few minutes. 12:45 my time, I still haven't gotten a reply so I call and ask to speak to the same man I spoke to earlier to be told they cannot route calls but they will me call in a minute or two. . I finally got a call back around 2:45pm and was told the units would be shipped either today or tomorrow. That was a week ago and I still don't have the gear. Needless to say, Rancho does good things, but the customer service was just terrible. I will never buy anything from them again.
