I like it a lot! I hate spending money on things I need because of my disability. It appeared as an ad on my Facebook. I showed it to my husband and told him that if it worked, he wouldn't have to do the laundry anymore. Between that and my grip on the pen, I could do anything. He was on board immediately! He HATES laundry and volunteered for the job 4 years ago when I could no longer carry baskets up and down stairs. He was thrilled to hear that he might not have her anymore. The assembly was very easy and quick. I didn't have time at all. Usage: Climbing stairs with it is amazing. Up is a lot easier. Walking down the stairs with something in your pocket, especially with a full load, is quite difficult. However, once you get the hang of it and figure out which method works best for you and your physical abilities, things will run smoothly. You *can* drag it with you, but it rips down every stair as if you're pulling and sliding down the stairs. It runs smoother when pushed forward or to the side. I do this by pushing it forward as I go up the step a little. The ONLY thing I would have liked for this item was an adjustable handle. Going down the stairs would be easier if I could make the handle higher. Otherwise I totally love it. Worth every penny and if/should it ever wear out or break in the years to come I will have no hesitation or money to replace it. And my husband is very happy too! :)
