This 24-piece Preserve flatware set is made in the USA and includes eight forks, eight spoons and eight knives. It's a fairly small package, but handy for something like a picnic, or to keep in your desk just in case. Recycled plastic cutlery is definitely getting better. They are stronger than most recycled cutlery I've tried. I wouldn't use them for slicing meat or anything like that, but the knife could easily cut through a thick cinnamon roll. A fork and spoon are also good for eating almost anything that can be picked up with plastic cutlery. The handle of this cutlery is also attractively designed, so that each piece is comfortable to hold. Single-use plastic is an environmental issue, so I like it. They offer the comfort of plastic while trying to mitigate impact. They can also be recycled after use.
