This bag is really nice, good size and lots of handy features. But kill me I can't figure out the strap design (it only comes with one, not two as shown). There are 2 hooks at the end for attachment to D-rings over the shoulder. But then it has a huge buckle right in the middle that sits just above your collarbone. I'm assuming the buckle is used as a waist belt, but then it's open on the other side. If you don't need to connect 2 D ring hooks together. This odd design really needs to be explained in the product description. I believe 2 separate straps should be included: a regular shoulder strap without an annoying buckle in the middle and a buckle-only waist strap that is otherwise closed. UPDATE The seller replied the same day, refunded the money and apologized for the lack of a waist belt. Excellent customer service. I would still suggest putting a shoulder strap without a buckle in the middle, it's totally useless and just annoying.
