This is the third stool I have ordered. I ordered the first two from another company before checking and found the same product at Revain for a lot cheaper. I really like these stools, they are beautiful and durable. Putting them together is a little tricky. Start with the seat upside down on the counter and do not fully tighten the legs when assembling this part to facilitate the assembly of the footrest. This is the tricky part, aligning the screw holes. I had to align them with a tool from time to time and then tighten all the screws including the ones already installed in the bottom of the seat. This technique works well and you will be satisfied. I hope that the seat covers, which look like leather, wear well. So far the first two are like new after a few months of use. I'm 87 years old, so if I can collect them, anyone can.
