I usually like Bosch brake pads. BUT this 1169A model killed my name with my customer when I used it on a 2016 Buich Enclave. Just the pads are terrible, big hole in the pad, it was moving on the brake pad after a 5 mile test ride, the pads moved indented 4mm on both sides of the front wheels. Make a ticking noise. when I started to move backwards (the noise came from the pads due to loosening). After a short time they damaged 1 side of the disc rotor. I can't contact the seller to complain and return now. I have yet to buy a new brake disc and different pads from AC Delco. How can I return if the seller cannot send me the correct pads for it? I want a refund for a refund.n please
