Delicious and healthy meal replacement!

I've now bought 3 packs of mixed flavors (can't pick my favorite) because it's a very good protein/meal replacement. I've tried many brands over the past year but settled on this one. You need to blend it for 30 seconds as recommended and I personally prefer it with frozen banana and honey due to the cold texture and sweetness. It keeps me full for hours and helps me eat fast and healthy without feeling guilty!
